The Rote Haubarg is always the place to go when we are near Husum. Absolutely great ambience, and totally delicious cakes, but the pieces are really tough. The staff becomes friendly and courteous. We always do the digestive walk in the mini museum which is also located in Haubarg and is free of charge. Overall, very recommendable 🤗

We always wanted to see this famous farmhouse and stopped by for coffee time. Service and ambience prompted us to come back for dinner the next evening. The food (Haubargplatte and pears, beans and bacon) was really very tasty and plentiful. The fact that we were able to spend the night in our mobile home in the parking lot of the house crowned the stay. Any time!

Historically very interesting, very tasty food. We were enchanted by the ambience and the cuisine. We will be back definitely.

A very wonderful place. First choice when going for a walk as well as for eating. Eaten very well with 2 adults and two children for 53 euros. The hygiene concept is good. The one-way street rule should be better observed by the guests. Small signs indicating which devices were shown in the museum were desirable. Even for us as a farming family, some old devices are not always self-explanatory. The service is very friendly and especially to be highlighted. Registration is requested in corona times. An hour before arrival was sufficient. The food is regional and seasonal and very good. The prices are perfectly acceptable. We would love to come back.

In mid-October 2020 we wanted to eat outside in the garden with several people in the best weather. The garden places were closed. Absolutely incomprehensible in this Corona time. So we and another 10 people left. Apparently there is no longer any need there financially. We will not be back and cannot recommend the place :-(

Very nice historical building with a great restaurant and very good kitchen. The very friendly service should not go unmentioned ... No way to go and be happy.

The food was unfortunately only mediocre. The crab soup tasted longer so that it was enough. The main course (lamb goulash with spaetzle) was very manageable without decoration and unfortunately three pieces had tendons, it cracked audibly. We gave Haubarg this second chance, there will probably not be a third. The stars are there for the nice conditions and the authentic ambience.

A wonderful old building. Unfortunately, all seats were taken, so we couldn't stop. But for sure next time.

Very nice Haubarg in the middle of nowhere. Our spontaneous visit for coffee dragged on a little. The waitress either didn't feel like it or was overwhelmed. Anyway, it wasn't her day. Food cannot be rated. Atmosphere is nice. Feels like a nice place to have a big party undisturbed.

We were here again yesterday evening after 30 years. No time has passed here. Back then with our daughters, today only as a married couple. We received a friendly welcome, although we had not reserved a table. Employees all wore masks, very good !! ! The menu was very extensive, we chose lamb fillet with market vegetables. Vegetables were unfortunately completely overcooked, the size of the lamb fillet was very manageable, potato gratin naja.Unfortunately, it was only below average home-style cooking. Since I like to cook well, I was disappointed. Furthermore, the price of just under 30.00 was not justified. Those who are interested can go to the museum in the right part of the Haubarg free of charge. Actually we wanted to eat Scholle Finkenwerder again this week, but now we are skipping this return visit, unfortunately.

Food tastes okay, but waiting an hour for food is just too long. The staff is still friendly. A good place in itself, but the price-performance ratio isn't quite right.

Very, very well eaten :) We passed the restaurant spontaneously and without expectations ... were served very friendly and the menu made us want more! Lots of unusual vegetarian dishes, which unfortunately you still rarely find ... and the taste is incredibly good! Thank you, we'll be back!

For my wife's birthday, well attended, everything was OK, then suddenly a bus full of day trippers, they were all dispatched immediately and we had to wait an hour and a half for our food, an hour and a half. If I had a bus company, I would take my 30-50 guests elsewhere if they weren't served immediately, time is money! But no, I will never dine there again because time is money !!!

Again very tasty We have been eating here for many years and recently had the impression that the quality was declining. Today we were taught better. The food was terrific.

Beautiful place. Our food was a bit to cold and dry, would really like some sauce/more sauce with the different lamb dishes. A bit to expensive for the size and a really long wait for the food.

It was unexpected visit but we were happy to find this place. It is beautiful place. Cakes were very tasty, coffee was good as well as some tea.
